My Story

I strongly oppose the 'pill first, surgery later' paradigm that often characterizes Western medicine. While it might be suitable for acute issues like a broken ankle, it often falls short for chronic problems like a decade of back pain. True healing demands addressing the root cause.

In my own journey, I overcame chronic pain, relearned eating habits, and achieved balance between my body, mind, and spirit. Previously, I was trapped in a cycle of overthinking, overdoing and immense stress; my body demanded that I change.

I am on a journey, grounded in both evidence and firsthand experience, to maximize longevity and healthspan.

If you treat your body well, it will serve you well. I'm here to help teach you how.

The Threefold Path to Wellness

Disease Prevention & Healthful Habits

The prevention of disease remains paramount in the quest for a longer, healthier life. Addressing this issue is not just about increasing longevity but ensuring the quality of life along the way. The emphasis on prevention is imperative, for it holds the key to mitigating the onset of debilitating conditions.

A Focus on Food

The significance of our dietary choices cannot be overstated, especially in an era where processed foods dominate our plates. Nutrition is at the heart of health, and while the food we consume plays a crucial role in shaping it, it's equally vital to recognize what we must exclude from our diets. As the old adage goes, "We are what we eat," but in today's world, it's equally about what we choose not to consume.

Aligning Body, Mind and Spirit

The link between our body, mind, and spirit is vital for our overall health. Research has shown time and time again that our emotions and thoughts can directly affect our physical health. So, even if we're in good physical shape, if we don't address our feelings or past traumas, we're not fully taking care of ourselves. True health means looking after all parts of ourselves, from our thoughts to our bodies.
